Sinclair is Chief Compliance Officer & Treasurer at David Vaughan Investments, Inc. Prior to joining David Vaughan Investments in June 1996, Mr. Sinclair served as the administrative director for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Peoria, Illinois.
His wife, three sons, one daughter, and golden retriever are his primary focus outside of work.
He is involved as a soccer player, supporting parent at his children’s matches, and a Board member of a soccer club.
In addition, he has been involved in Boy Scouts of America as a Cubmaster and Scoutmaster for several years and has been awarded the Silver Beaver award.
He enjoys running and has participated in two marathons and many half marathons.
Mr. Sinclair grew up in the Kansas City area and is a 1976 graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia, where he earned a BS in Business Administration with an accounting major.
He later received his MBA from Bradley University in 2000.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois CPA Society.
