He has 20 years of manufacturing and engineering experience.
Mr. Como was Director-Manufacturing Strategy of Aventis Pharmaceuticals.
He held various leadership roles in Engineering and Manufacturing with Hoechst Marion Roussel, Marion Merrell Dow and Marion Laboratories.
Mr. Como has extensive experience with new product development, process design and scale-up, validation, manufacturing technology, manufacturing management and supply chain optimization.
He worked with Kraft-General Foods in Manufacturing.
