Julian Baldry

Julian started at Nesbitt Burns in 1987, and within three years was ranked by Brendon Woods as 3rd in the base metals sector and 5th in the gold sector.
In the subsequent expansion of the mining team, which became one of the world’s largest, he specialized in base metals and remained ranked in the top three for the remainder of his 10-year tenure.
He graduated as a mining engineer from Camborne School of Mines in the UK, and followed a mining production career culminating as Manager of Mines for Coeur d’Alene Mining Corp.
He is a past president of the Mineral Research Analysts Group and was marketing Manager for Atlas Copco, one of the world’s largest mining equipment manufacturers, responsible for Canadian mining sales.
