Ltd. and UBS Hana Asset Management Co., Ltd., the firm was founded in 2007 through the joint venture between UBS AG and Hana Financial Group, Inc. (HFG) (KRX: 086790). In 2023, Hana Securities Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of HFG, acquired the remaining 51% stake in the firm from UBS AG. Hana AM offers private clients investment opportunities across all major asset classes in both institutional and wholesale sectors.
