AZ Investment Management Singapore Ltd. (AZIM) is the Singapore-based investment management subsidiary of AZ International Holdings SA, ultimately held by Azimut Holding SpA (BIT: AZM, ADR: AZIHY), an asset management company headquartered in Italy. The firm was founded by Madeleine Lee in 1999 and formerly known as Athenaeum Ltd. AZIM manages discretionary funds and portfolios with a focus on Asian equities for endowments, family offices, foundations and high-net-worth individuals.

NewSmith Capital Partners (Asia) Pte Ltd. (NCP Asia) is the Singapore-based subsidiary of NewSmith LLP, established in 2003. NCP Asia is an independent firm, wholly-owned by its partners. In addition to the Singapore office, the firm has offices in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and New York.

Man NewSmith Japan Ltd. (NewSmith-Japan) is the Japanese alternative investment management subsidiary of Man Group Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by Man Group plc (LSE: EMG, ADR: MNGPY) in Great Britain. Established in 2006, the Japanese office is based in Tokyo and provides alternative and traditional asset management services to corporate, institutional and government clients including pension funds, foundations, family offices and high-net worth individuals. The firm manages the NewSmith Japan New Horizons fund.

Wellington International Management Co. Pte Ltd. (Wellington Management-Singapore) is the Singapore subsidiary of Wellington Management Global Holdings Ltd., itself a subsidiary of US-based Wellington Management Co. LLP. Established in 1996, the firm provides solutions for institutional and sub advisory clients throughout Southeast Asia and South Korea. They also provide portfolio management and research services across a variety of investment approaches and collaborate with colleagues throughout Wellington Management's globally integrated investment platform.
