The firm targets companies with turnovers ranging from DKK 50 to DKK 500 million, and enterprise values up to DKK 400 million. It invests in companies within a broad range of industries such as manufacturing, distribution services, and retail trade. The firm targets small and mid-size companies located in Denmark, and looks primarily to take majority stake, and occasionally minority stake positions, as well as a seat on the board.
