Margaux Wood

Ms. Margaux Wood is Resident Coordinator at Boutique Apartments.
She is responsible for resident communication, including managing all resident requests, work orders, leasing questions, and just about any other question that you can think of.
Before joining Boutique Apartments, Ms. Wood was the Marketing Coordinator for a retirement community, where she oversaw all marketing events, analyzed sales and marketing reports, and served as the resident liaison.
A Tennessee native, Ms. Wood spent her formative years in Memphis, and received her degree in Communication Studies (with a minor in English), from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
Her interest in travel led her to Vietnam, where she spent seven months teaching English in Ho Chi Minh City.
Now based in Colorado, she’s taken up skiing, and enjoys exercising and reading.
