Spatt, CFA MBA, is a Partner at Cornerstone Investment Partners LLC.
He is responsible for research and portfolio management.
Previously, Mr. Spatt was an Associate at Centerview Capital, an operationally-oriented private equity firm investing in consumer-focused businesses, where he took an active role in sourcing, evaluating and monitoring the firm’s investments.
He began his career as an Investment Banker at J.P.
Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York, where he advised large-cap clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Mr. Spatt received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, double majoring in Operations and Management.
