Foarde is Corporate Secretary of Allina Hospitals & Clinics and has been General Counsel since February 2003.
Prior to her current position at Allina Hospitals & Clinics, she was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
Before joining Allina in 1989, she was a Partner of Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand LLP.
Ms. Foarde is a Member of the Health Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
She has over 20 years of broad and diverse health care law and business experience.
Ms. Foarde received a BA degree from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska and a JD from the University of Minnesota School of Law.
