Ms. Mang Qi Chen, CICPA & ACCA, Financial Controller.
Prior to joining BioVeda China, Ms. Chen was Auditing Manager with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Shanghai, China office.
She had five years of financial auditing experience with PWC, managing financial institution’s audits, including auditing private equity funds (US GAAP).
Ms. Chen was responsible for audits of four venture and private equity funds in China, which included Softbank China, DT Capital, and BioVeda China Fund I.
She also participated in audits for the Bank of Communication (IPO), JP Morgan Tianjin, Shanghai, OCBC Shanghai, Chengdu and Xiamen, BOA Shanghai, Barkley Shanghai, China Life Insurance, AXA-minmetals Life, and AIA Barclays.
Ms. Chen received her Bachelor of International Accounting, Shanghai University of Finance & Economics.
