Ms. Dennin joined Legg Mason in 1982 and is the assistant portfolio manager of the Value Trust mutual fund.
Previously, Nancy was the portfolio manager of the Total Return Trust mutual fund for four years and co-manager of the fund with Bill Miller for six years.
Prior, she served as an analyst for the Legg Mason equity funds, specializing in the financial services, retail, apparel and insurance industries.
She holds the CFA designation and is a past president of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
Ms. Dennin holds an M.B.A.
in Finance from Loyola College and a B.S.
in Finance from Towson State University.
