Mr. Nick Morosoff is a Principal at CIM Group LP.

Before joining Orchard, Mr. Morosoff was an Assistant U.S.
Attorney in Los Angeles, specializing in real property seizures and forfeitures.
Prior to that, he was an Associate with Sullivan & Cromwell for five years in New York and Los Angeles.
In that capacity he performed research, analysis and negotiations on a variety of real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, tenant leases, sale-leaseback transactions, and securitized real estate financings.
Mr. Morosoff received both a B.A.
degree in Economics and a J.D.
degree from Boston University.
