Pascal Colombani

Pascal Colombani is currently the Vice Chairman at Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique and the Associate Director at A.T.
Kearney Management Consultants SAS. He is also serving as an Independent Director at Noordzee Helikopters Vlaanderen NV, the Director at Fondation C.Génial, and a Member at Académie des Technologies.
Additionally, he is the President of TII Strategies since 2014.
In his former positions, Dr. Colombani served as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Commissariat à l´énergie atomique et aux énergies Alternatives from 2000 to 2002.
He was also the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Schlumberger KK and the Chairman-Supervisory Board at Areva SA. He held the role of Senior Independent Director at Technip SA from 2011 to 2014 and was an Independent Director at Alstom SA from 2010 to 2011.
Furthermore, he served as a Non-Executive Director at Solvay France SA from 2005 to 2011, EnergySolutions of Utah, Inc. from 2009 to 2013, Valeo SE from 2007 to 2019, and EDF Energy Nuclear Generation Group Ltd. from 2003 to 2011.
He was also the Lead Independent Director at TechnipFMC plc from 2019 to 2021.
Dr. Colombani held the position of Director-Technology at the Ministry of Higher Education, Research & Innovation from 1997 to 1999.
He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Technip Energies NV since 2021 and was a Member of the Haut Comité De Gouvernement D’Entreprise from 2014 to 2017.
Dr. Colombani obtained a doctorate degree from École Normale Supérieure de Lyon in 1974 and an undergraduate degree from the same institution in 1969.
