Rogan was President and Chief Executive Officer of Burlington Motor Carriers, Inc. from March 1988 to April 1993 and an Executive Vice President from July 1985 to February 1988.
Mr. Rogan has 25 years of experience in the transportation industry.
He held various positions at the Illinois Central Railroad, the North American Van Lines and Schneider National.
Mr. Rogan was a Director of the ATA Foundation and the Interstate Truckload Carrier Conference.
He was Chairman of the ITCC Highway Policy Committee and a Member of the Advisory Board for the Trucking Profitability Strategies Conference at the University of Georgia.
He received a BBA from Loyola University of Chicago in 1962 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1963.
