Roger A. Ramsey served as the Chairman and CEO of MedServe Inc. until its acquisition by SteriCycle Corporation (NASDAQ: SRCL).
Previously, Mr. Ramsey served as the Founder and CEO of Allied Waste Industries Inc. (NYSE: AW), where he also served as non-executive Chairman of the Board.
Previously, Mr. Ramsey co-founded Browning-Ferris Industries Inc. (“BFI“) and served as its Vice President and CFO.
Mr. Ramsey has also served as the Chairman of the Board of SunGard VeriCenter, Inc. Mr. Ramsey also co-founded and served as the Vice Chairman of The Houstonian Hotel and Resort in Houston, TX.
Mr. Ramsey has served as an Independent Director of Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. since 2004.
Mr. Ramsey also serves as a Member of Advisory Board at SoftNAS, LLC.
A member of the board of trustees of Texas Christian University, Mr. Ramsey is a member of the Environmental Industries Association’s Management Hall of Fame.
