Rollin M. Dick

Mr. Dick is currently at Haverstick Consulting, LLC, a technology consulting firm.
Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Conseco, Inc., a diversified financial services company.
He joined Conseco in 1986, working closely with Chairman and President Stephen C.
Hilbert in Conseco's capital management and strategic planning activities.
He was instrumental in the development of the finance, accounting and actuarial staffs and led the effort to develop management information systems which provide monthly information on expenses and product performance.
He also headed the pricing committee, which made pricing and product portfolio decisions, and the investment committee, which set investment policy.
Mr. Dick has extensive accounting and financial management experience.
From 1965 to 1986, he was a partner at Coopers and Lybrand.
He was one of the senior partners in the firm's insurance group and was the executive partner for approximately 24 insurance audits.
He also served as the specialist for firm-wide quality control reviews and co-authored Cooper & Lybrand's training course for advanced life insurance accounting.
In 1970, he opened the Indianapolis office of Cooper & Lybrand.
From 1951 to 1965, he was with two smaller CPA firms in Des Moines, Iowa.
He currently serves as a Director of Polymer Technology Systems since 2001, and Gazelle TechVentures.
He also serves as a Advisor of Centerfield Capital Partners.
Mr. Dick is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant.
He is also active as a private investor in many growth companies in the Midwest.
