Ms. Rukayat Yusuf is a Sub-Saharan Africa Economist & Strategist at Merrill Lynch International.
She is an Associate covering South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa in the EEMEA Cross Asset Strategy and Economics team.
Regular research publications include Emerging Insights, Global Emerging Markets Weekly, South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa Viewpoints as well as South Africa, Nigeria, Angola, Ghana, Kenya and Zambia Watches.
She is based in London.
Previously, Ms. Yusuf was an Economist at the National Treasury of South Africa.
She holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
Ms. Yusuf is concluding a Master’s degree in International Financial Economics at the University of Warwick.
