He is also a board member at Vancouver Opera Foundation, Health Arts Society, St. George's School and Elektra Women's Choir.
In 1983, he joined the 10 year-old family business offering a management service to the business community.
Over the next fourteen years, he grew his client base to annual revenues of $55 million with a workforce of 1,200.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oxford.
He also earned the Canadian Investment Manager designation.
