Sam Schecter

As Chief Financial Officer, Sam manages the tax, accounting and human resource functions for Rosemont.
Prior to joining Rosemont in 2000, he served as CFO for Investment Counseling, Inc. for seven years and became a director in the compensation consulting practice for its successor firm, CRA.
He has over twenty-five years of experience as a financial executive and in addition to his tax, accounting and administrative duties He consulted in the compensation area designing and evaluating executive compensation plans for money management firms.
Sam holds a BS in Accounting from Long Island University, did his MBA graduate work at Pace University and is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP), Certified Management Consultant, Enrolled Agent, Microsoft Certified Professional and Certified Compensation Professional.
