Sheri R. Johnson

Ms. Sheri Johnson is an Assistant Vice President of Real Estate & Compliance at Washington Capital Management, Inc. She is responsible for client development and support, placement of funds into mortgages, portfolio management, client reporting, financial analysis, mortgage servicing, and office management.
She started her career in real estate investments in 1980.
Before working at WaCap, she was at Perkins Coie from 1991 as Paralegal/Systems Administrator, where she worked with school districts and municipalities to assist in issuance of bond offerings.
Other prior industry experience includes Richard, Christman, Lavigne, Inc., where she was Operations Manager from 1983 to 1991 managing the brokerage operations and personnel.
She graduated from Spokane Community College.
