Stephanie Stallard

Stephanie Stallard is the Director of Operations of Percheron Capital.
Ms. Stallard is responsible for managing IT, HR, real estate, and other firm-wide initiatives.
She also supports Percheron’s compliance, finance, investor relations, and legal activities.
Prior to Percheron, Ms. Stallard spent nine years at Serent Capital, a mid-market private equity firm.
Ms. Stallard held various roles at Serent Capital, most recently as Director of Operations.
Prior to Serent Capital, Ms. Stallard worked at Centerbridge Partners, a boutique front office recruiting firm as an Executive Recruiter, and Teach For America working in internal Talent Acquisition.
Ms. Stallard graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S.
in Interdisciplinary Studies.
