Dr. Susanne Neckermann is a Research Fellow at Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH.
Since November 2009, she is Researcher at the ZEW Research Department "Labour Markets, Human Resources, and Social Policy" and works in the research group on personnel economics.
At the same time, she is employed at the chair of Prof.

Wolfgang Franz at the University of Mannheim.
She is a research fellow of CREMA (Center for Research in Economics, Management and the Arts).
Her main areas of research are behavioral economics and economics and psychology.
She studied economics at the University of Cologne and business administration at the Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois, USA. She did her doctorate on the role of honor and recognition in principal-agent relationships at the chair of Prof.
