Tammi A. Lauder

Ms. Tammi A. Lauder is a Managing Director & Senior Advisor at Fieldpoint Private Securities LLC.
She joined Fieldpoint Private in Greenwich, Connecticut as a Managing Director in 2017.
Her approach is both personal and persistent.
She and the team assess her clients’ requirements for income and capital accumulation, their risk and volatility guidelines, and design an asset allocation strategy to help meet them.
She harnesses the array of Fieldpoint Private’s intellectual capital and resources, comprising third-party managers, mutual funds, and structured notes to implement portfolios, and makes tactical adjustments as warranted by changing market conditions.
Beginning her career as an assistant to a broker at Kidder Peabody, Ms. Lauder soon became an advisor, honing her skills during a time when there were few female financial services executives.
She joined Smith Barney in 1993 and teamed up with Bill Christian in 1998 to form the LC Group.
In 2002 they formed The Landmark Group, and in 2010 the team transitioned to J.P.
Morgan Securities.
She received her undergraduate degree from Skidmore College.
