Tom Wheeler

Mr. Wheeler is a Vice President and member of the investment team.
Prior to joining EIG in 2022, Mr. Wheeler was a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey and previously at BMO Capital Markets in Energy Investment Banking, where he advised a wide range of clients and executed mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity offerings.
Previously, Mr. Wheeler was a Commercial Advisor at a UK listed independent oil and gas company working on M&A transactions, commercial discussions and new country entries across Africa, North America, and Southeast Asia.
Mr. Wheeler received a BA in History and Politics and graduated from University College London with a MSc in Management and Finance.
