Tony Mather

Mr. Anthony H.
Mather is an Investment Partner at Edinburgh Partners Ltd.
He researches the global Utilities, Media and Tobacco sectors and is responsible for managing several client portfolios.
He is also responsible for overseeing portfolio management in developed markets and is a member of the Executive Management Committee.
Mr. Mather was a member of the UK Equity Investment team at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership where he was an Investment Director responsible for retail income funds.
Prior to joining Scottish Widows Investment Partnership in 2001, he worked for Edinburgh Fund Managers for six years, as a Fund Manager and had responsibility for several Income and Growth retail funds, encompassing large and small cap exposure.
He has also worked for Warburg Asset Management (Jersey) Ltd, Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte and Guardian Royal Exchange in a number of different positions.
He holds a BA in Economics from Heriot Watt University and is an Associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals.
