Val Philippe

Val Philippe joined Reverence Capital in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Reverence, Mr. Philippe served for 16 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a partner in the firm’s U.S.
Deals business, specializing in financial due diligence.
He assisted on well over 100 transactions, dedicating a majority of his time advising private equity firms, including Reverence Capital Partners, and public companies across the financial services and financial technology sectors.
Mr. Philippe received a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
