Turner is the founder of Turner Dream Foundation.
She currently holds the following positions: Director at Endeavor Bank, Independent Director at Endeavor Bancorp, Director at National Bar Institute, and Adjunct Professor at California Western School of Law since 2011.
Previously, she worked as a Partner at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP from 1982 to 1998, and as a Partner at Wilson Turner Kosmo LLP from 1998 to 2022.
She also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law.
Ms. Turner obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada and her graduate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
