Xin Quan Deng

Xin Quan Deng is currently the Chairman at Harbin Bank Co., Ltd.
He previously served as the Deputy Director-Heilongjiang at China Banking Regulatory Commission from 2007 to 2018.
Prior to that, he was the Director at China Banking Regulatory Commission from 2003 to 2006.
From 1997 to 2003, he held the position of Deputy Head-Rural Cooperative Finance Management at Peoples Bank of China.
Before that, he worked at Agricultural Bank of China as the Deputy Head-Credit Cooperation Division from 1984 to 1997.
Additionally, he served as the Head-Bank Supervision Division and President at Peoples Bank of China from 1997 to 2003.
Mr. Deng graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2010.
