Ms. Dai has accumulated abundant technology management experience while working in government technology management and industry department for more than twenty years.
As a pioneer participating in preliminary opening up and exploration of Pudong new area, she hosted and was instrumental in pushing forward the formulation of Pudong technology policies, the creation of technological environment.
