Alberto Meloni

Mr. Alberto Meloni is an Asset Management Director at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR SpA and a President at Geolidro SpA. Mr. Meloni was Project Manager at Andersen Consulting, providing management consultancy in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail and Public Administration (1996-2001).
As part of the Asset Management Team at Morgan Stanley, he was responsible for managing the investment platform in Italy (2001-2003).
As part of the Asset Management Team at Pirelli Real Estate, he was responsible for the Italy Office portfolio, and for acquisitions on foreign markets, particularly in Germany (2003-2008).
As Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Speyer SGR S.p.A., he oversaw the start-up of the Italian AMC, and in particular the management of new investments (2008-2009).
Mr. Meloni was Fund Management Director at Prelios SGR S.p.A. (2009-2011) and BNP Paribas REIM SGR S.p.A. (2011 – 2012).
He graduated in Economics and Commerce from the State University of Pavia.
