Ben Schachtel, Director of Talent Research & Operations, joined the firm in 2021 and works closely with our portfolio companies on all their talent initiatives.
Prior to joining Oak HC/FT, Ben spent six years in various roles at Bridgewater Associates, including building and running product teams, working as an org COO, and leveraging a deep understanding of talent and technology to improve the way internal organizations deliver business value.
Prior to that, Ben worked at TEKsystems as a Technology Recruiter, supporting clients in the healthcare and financial industries.
Ben received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College.
