Bill Schroeder

Mr. Bill Schroeder, CFA, is a Managing Director at Rock Creek Capital Group, Inc. He was previously employed as Land Manager by Timbervest LLC where he initiated and oversaw the permitting of Longleaf Mitigation Bank, a 3,000 acre wetland mitigation bank in Nassau County, Florida.
Before that, he was a founding partner in two technology startups, Website Pros (started in 1997 and went public in 2005) and Enable Technologies (started in 2000 and merged into parent company in 2002).
Prior to these ventures, he was the Manager of Special Assets and President of Barnett Realty at Barnett Bank.
Mr. Schroeder graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance with high honors from the University of Florida and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
