Prior to Anderson & Wells, he helped manage Sunven Capital Corporation with $40 million under management.
Previously, Mr. Burns worked at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Burns has been a CPA and in the private investment arena for the several years He has also evaluated hundreds of potential venture capital investments in a variety of sectors, including life science, technology, retail, distribution, media and healthcare.
Mr. Burns graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1981.
He currently serves as director for Carefx InnovASIC, Formerly observer of SiVerion (acquired by LogicVision), 4 Fun 4 All- Parent Company of bEqual and SBG, Quality Care Solutions, Inc., CellzDirect (observer) and Cypress Golf Solutions.
