Catherine Macleod

Ms. Catherine Macleod is Macro Economist & Investment Strategist at Fitzwilliam Asset Management Ltd. and an Economist & Investment Strategist at BDO Investment Management Ltd. Prior to joining BDO SHIM, she worked for Crown Agents as a macro economist and consultant on public financial management areas.
She is the global macroeconomist for the Investment Strategy Group, with responsibility for identifying key global trends and how best to act on those across a range of asset classes.
Her particular focus is on strategic asset allocation decisions utilizing her quantitative background in mathematics and risk management.
Ms. Macleod holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.
