Cynthia Reed

Ms. Reed is the Chief Executive Officer of LTR Holdings, a privately held firm that invests in start-up ventures and provides strategic business planning services to both start-up and mature companies which are planning for their future growth and development.
Prior to founding LTR in 1999, Ms. Reed was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Hasbro, Inc., one of the world's leading toy and game companies.
She also served as the Senior VP of Hasbro's Internet gaming portal, Games.com.
In 2003, Ms. Reed was appointed by the Governor of Rhode Island to be a Director of the Slater Technology Fund.
Additionally, she serves as director of Cartcraft, Inc. Ms. Reed co-founded Cherrystone Angel Group.
Ms. Reed graduated in 1977 from Wellesley College as a Wellesley Scholar, magna cum laude, and received her JD in 1980 from Northeastern University.
She is admitted to the state and federal bars in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a member of the American Bar Association, corporate section, and the Rhode Island Bar Association.
