Dan Croce

Mr. Dan Croce, CPA, is Vice President Finance at Birchmere Ventures, Inc. He plays an active role in the firm’s investment activities and also oversees core finance operations.
Previously a Senior Associate with Ernst & Young, Mr. Croce brings to Birchmere a depth of proficiency in private company valuations, complex deal structures, and financial operations.
During his five years of experience in the financial services industry, he has developed a diverse set of expertise in both early-stage investing as well as financial product innovations.
He is the founder of Birchmere High Yield Fund LLC, a diversified fixed income fund specializing in peer-to-peer consumer debt.
Mr. Croce holds a B.S.
in International Business & Finance from Grove City College and an M.S.
from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
