Daniel McCabe

Daniel M.
McCabe is currently serving as an Independent Director at Yotta Acquisition Corp., Black Hawk Acquisition Corp., and Quetta Acquisition Corp.
He is also the Managing Partner at 1200 Summer Street Association.
Previously, he held positions as the Chairman of Stamford Housing Authority, Member-Parole Board at the State of Connecticut, Counsel at The Stamford Water Pollution Control Authority, and Partner & Member at Mr. McCabe LLC.
Mr. McCabe obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Bridgeport in 1971 and his graduate degree from St. John's University in 1974.
