Daniel Mendelow

Mr. Daniel Mendelow is a Managing Director at Evercore Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Evercore, he was Vice President of Corporate Development at FirstMark Communications Europe, a European CLEC with operations in France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
Prior to joining FirstMark, he was an analyst at BT Wolfensohn (Deutsche Bank).
While at Evercore, Mr. Mendelow has focused on telecom and technology clients, advising SBC on its acquisition of AT&T, Cingular on its acquisition of AT&T Wireless, EDS on its sale of UGS PLM Solutions and its acquisition of the Feld Group, Metromedia International on its sale of PeterStar and the Kazickas family on the sale of its remaining stake in Omnitel.
Mr. Mendelow graduated from Princeton University with an A.B.
in economics
