Yong is a Co-Founder, Co-Chief Investment Officer & Co-Chief Investment Officer at Dymon Asia Capital (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He holds pivotal roles as Co-Chief Investment Officer (Co-CIO) of flagship Multi-Strategy Investment Fund (MSIF) and as a member of the investment committee of DYMON ASIA CAPITAL Private Equity.
With over two decades of experience in Asian financial markets.
Before co-founding DYMON ASIA CAPITAL in 2008, Mr. Yong played instrumental roles at prestigious financial institutions.
He was a founding partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Abax Global Capital, a leading hedge fund based in Hong Kong.
Prior to that, He served as Managing Director at Citadel Investment Asia, where he pioneered and managed the Asia Macro trading business.
His career also includes a significant tenure at Goldman Sachs, where he held the role of Head of Trading for South East Asian FX and Derivatives.
His experience at Goldman Sachs, spanning Hong Kong and Tokyo offices, deepened his expertise in Asian financial markets.
Danny began his finance career at JP Morgan in 1997 as an FX currency and interest rate derivatives trader.
