Mr. David J.

Prior to joining the NEP in 2012, he held President and CEO positions at Dover Corporation, specifically at Dover Resources, a subsidiary of Dover Corp., and at Dover Industrial Products.
During his tenure at both businesses, he helped to drive significant growth and global corporate expansion, improve gross margins and increase shareholder value.
Prior to his posts at Dover, Mr. Ropp held several leadership roles at other prominent diversified manufacturing companies, including OPW Fueling Components (an operating company within Dover Resources), Crosby Valve and Ingersoll-Rand.
Mr. Ropp was previously employed as President & Chief Executive Officer by Dover Industrial Products, Inc., President & Chief Executive Officer by Dover Resources, Inc., General Manager by Schlage Lock Co., and President by Mapi, Inc.
Mr. Ropp received his BS, mechanical engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Xavier University.
