Prior to LNK, David was a Partner and Shareholder of Apax Partners where he established and led the U.S.
Consumer and Retail Group and was a member of the U.S.
Investment and Operating Committees.
David is currently on the Board of Directors of Life Time (NYSE:LTH), Tommy John, and Schweiger Dermatology, as well as Brightway Education Foundation, The Fedcap Group, UJA-Federation of New York, and The Leffell School.
He has also served on the Board of Directors of PVH (NYSE: PVH), Dogfish Head, Beachbody, Fitness Connection, Ariat, Natural Food Holdings, Au Bon Pain, Performance Bicycle, Spyder Active Sports, Greenbacks, Pro-Line, and Regent Lighting.
David received an AB from Harvard College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
