Duff Anderson

Mr. Duff Anderson is an Investment Advisor at Rosemont Solebury Capital Management LLC and a Managing Director at Solebury Capital LLC.
He has worked in the financial services industry for several years in a number of senior positions in investment banking and equity capital markets groups.
After Harvard Business School, he began his Wall Street career in 1982 as an Associate in Investment Banking at DLJ, spending 17 years there prior to its merger with Credit Suisse First Boston.
He joined the Equity Capital Markets Group in 1987, became Head of the Equity Syndicate Department in 1991 and Head of the Equity Capital Markets Group in 1995.
He was Co-Chair of the Equity Underwriting Commitment Committee.
Mr. Anderson joined Wachovia Securities in 2005 as a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets.
He was subsequently named Co-Head of the ECM Group and was a member of the Equity Division Operating Committee.
During the course of his career, he has managed the origination and execution of hundreds of IPO's and follow-on offerings, including the IPO's of DLJ and DLJdirect.
