Additionally, he serves as a Trustee at Promote CDO Foundation, Inc. and as a Sector Trustee at Business Support Organizations & Institution Sector.
Mr. Paras is a Member of the Philippine Society For Orphan Disorders, the Philippine Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions, the Maria Reyna Xavier University Hospital, Inc., and the Tourism Congress of The Philippines.
Mr. Paras previously held positions as the Vice Chairman of the Philippine Cable TV Association from 2006 to 2012.
He was also the Chairman of Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan from 2007 to 2016.
Additionally, he served as a Director at Hagdan sa Pag-uswag Foundation, Inc., the Cagayan De Oro International Trade & Convention Center, and the Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce & Industry Foundation, Inc.Mr. Paras completed his undergraduate degree at De La Salle University in 1974.
