Gambhir Kaushek

Prior to joining Divco West Properties, Mr. Kaushek spent five years as Vice President of Acquisitions at the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds ("MSREF").
Prior to MSREF, Mr. Kaushek founded and operated a New York-based real estate investment company.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Kaushek participated in the launch of the Central and Eastern European Property Fund, spearheading its operations from Warsaw, Poland.
Mr. Kaushek also worked with Koll Bren Schreiber Realty as a senior financial analyst.
Mr. Kaushek received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Politics cum laude from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received the Dresser Industries scholarship for academic excellence.
