Gary Melman

Prior to joining PCCP in February 2007, Mr. Melman was an Investment Manager at American Realty Advisors, where he managed a portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and residential properties.
Prior to that, Mr. Melman worked for Horus Capital in Moscow, Russia as a Vice President of Asset Management and Investment Analytics.
From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Melman was employed by TIAA-CREF as an Associate in the Real Estate Acquisitions Group, where he was responsible for origination, underwriting, due diligence and closing of real estate transactions.
Prior to business school, Mr. Melman worked at JP Morgan Investment Management as an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Group.
Mr. Melman received a B.B.A.
in Finance from Pace University in 1997 and an M.B.A.
from the Stern School at NYU in 2002.
