VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd. (Invt Mgmt) (VCIM) is the Vietnam-based investment management division of VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd., an investment company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The firm is owned by VinaCapital Group Ltd., ultimately held by PAG (Hong Kong). VCIM manages the VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Ltd. (VOF), the firm’s flagship closed-end fund listed on the London Stock Exchange. They also manage several open-ended funds, numerous segregated accounts, and various domestic funds. VCIM is a signatory of the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd. (Credit Suisse-Singapore) is the Singapore-based subsidiary of Credit Suisse AG, itself a subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group (VX: CSGN; ADR: CS) in Switzerland. Founded in 1971, the firm provides investment banking, private banking and asset management services to a range of corporate and institutional clients and high-net worth individuals. Credit Suisse-Singapore is headquartered in Singapore City.
