Hisham Haddara is the founder of Si-Ware Systems, serving as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer since 2009, founded in 2003.

Former positions include Director at the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (Egypt), Chief Scientist-Mixed Signal Simulation Division at Mentor Graphics Corp., and President for Asia & Middle East Regions at MEMSCAP SA. Education includes a doctorate from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble and both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ain Shams University.
