Santander Asset Management SA AGF (SAM-AGF) is the Chile-based asset management subsidiary of Santander Asset Management Investment Holdings Ltd., which is owned by Banco Santander SA (BME: SAN) in Spain. The firm was founded in 1993 as Santiago SA Administradora de Fondos Mutuos. They merged with O'Higgins Administradora de Fondos Mutuos SA in 1997 and was renamed Santander S.A. Administradora General de Fondos in 2003. In 2007, the firm became Santander Asset Management SA Administradora General De Fondos. Headquartered in Santiago, SAM-AGF manages the Santander fund range for individual and institutional investors.

Valores Security SA Corredores de Bolsa (Valores Security) is the brokerage subsidiary of Banco Security SA, itself a subsidiary of Grupo Security SA (SA: SECURITY) in Chile, a financial conglomerate which was established in 1991. The firm is comprised of Inversiones Security Administradora de Fondos, Inversiones Security Corredores de Bolsa, Inversiones Security Asesorias and Inversiones Security Securitazadora. Valores Security is based in Las Condes. They are supported by the Inversiones Security Research Department, with whom they share the philosophy of aiming to provide corporate and private clients with comprehensive asset management advice including access to expert advice on pension planning, estate planning and inheritance tax issues, corporate organization, and insurance.
