Jeff Llewellyn

Jeff Llewellyn, CA, TEP is the President and Managing Director for MNP Corporate Finance Inc. With more than 20 years of experience, Jeff assists mid-market private companies with all their corporate finance needs.
His extensive tax background also provides him with the skills to assist with structuring financing transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in a tax-effective manner.
As a board member and advisor, Jeff was involved in MNP's private equity placement for three major casino operations in Alberta and British Columbia.
Jeff has also served on the board of directors and executive of the Better Business Bureaus of Central and Northern Alberta and represented the Institute of Chartered Accountants to the Provincial Government Tax Consultative Group.
He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Canadian Tax Foundation as well as a member of both the Canadian and Alberta Institutes of Chartered Accountants.
After receiving his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University in 1982, Jeff went on to earn his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1985.
Committed to his community, Jeff sits on the Planned Giving Committee of the Calgary Health Trust.
