John C.
Atwell has been Chief Operating Officer and Director of Development for DP Partners, Inc. since November 2007.
He is a Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), CoreNet Global, and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Most recently, Mr. Atwell served as Director of Development for the Western Region of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. He was Senior Vice President and Development Manager for Trammell Crow Co., Vice President of Robert Pattillo Properties, and Chief Financial Officer of the Weeks Corp.
Mr. Atwell began his extensive career in commercial real estate in 1980.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, and an MBA degree from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill).
